Here Am I, Send Me

A Catholic Journey Through the Prophet Isaiah
“And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, ‘Whom shall I send?’ Then I said, ‘Here am I! Send me.’” · Isaiah 6:8

A fourteen-session inductive journey through Isaiah for young adults. From the vineyard lawsuit and the call in the temple, through the virgin who shall conceive and the stump of Jesse, into the Servant Songs the Church reads on Good Friday, and out to the new heavens and the new earth. This is Old Testament prophecy read the way the apostles read it: as a book about Christ. Leader guides and take-home sheets for every session.

Here Am I, Send Me runs 14 sessions. Every session comes with a complete leader's preparation guide and a printable take-home sheet for the people in the room, and the full text of each night can be read on a phone from the list below. All of it is free to download, print, and share, with no sign up and no cost.

Hosting this study

You do not need to be a theologian to lead Here Am I, Send Me. The leader's guide carries the questions, the answers, and the background, so the group can discover the text together. There is a short guide to hosting a Bible study if this is your first one, and a set of six questions that will help you choose a study if you are still deciding.
